Santa Fe Chicken Burrito
• 1½ oz chicken, broiled
• 4 Tbls corn kernels, boiled
• ½ tsp oil, canola
• ¼ cup onion
• ½ Tbl chili peppers
• 1 Tbl salsa
• ½ medium tomato
• 1 tortilla, whole wheat
Spices / Flavoring
• ¼ tsp salt, lite
Preparation:
Set tortilla aside.
Mix chopped vegetables and
remaining ingredients together and
place in center of tortilla.
Microwave on high for 30 second
increments until the cheese melts.
Wrap into a burrito and enjoy!

Why is the fiber lower than what the nutritional information says?
Weight Watchers modified the point system plan, where you can only count 4 grams of fiber for any food item, and the rest is ignored. This modification was because people were abusing it and eating high fiber foods in order to make the points seem lower.
