Raisin Nut Bar
Ingredients
• ¼ tsp vanilla extract
• 3 Tbls oatmeal, uncooked
• ½ Tbl protein powder, vanilla
• 2 tsp raisins
• 5 egg whites
• 1 tsp splenda (optional)
• 1½ Tbls almonds, slivered
• 2 Tbls applesauce, unsweetened
Spices / Flavoring
• ½ tsp cinnamon
Preparation:
Mix egg whites, uncooked oatmeal
and remaining ingredients together
Spray baking dish with non-stick
cooking spray. Pour in mixture and
microwave on high for 2 to 3
minutes. Baking time may vary
Make sure it is thoroughly cooked
Let cool 2 to 3 minutes
