Ingredients
• ½ medium banana
• ¼ tsp vanilla extract
• ½ tsp oil, safflower
• ½ Tbl peanut butter, natural
• 5 Tbls protein powder, vanilla
• 4 Tbls yogurt, nonfat-plain
Preparation:
Add several ice cubes and
ingredients to blender. Mix until
desired consistency
Add additional ice if needed
