Prep: 15 min, Cook: 10 min.- 1/2 cup plain lowfat yogurt
- 2 tsp. fresh dill, chopped
- 4 swordfish steaks, about 1/2 lb. each
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1/2 tsp. oregano, or 2 tsp. fresh, chopped
- 1/4 tsp. salt (optional), or to taste
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/8 tsp. paprika, or to taste
- 4 whole wheat pitas, warm
Prepare grill or broiler. Combine yogurt and half the dill in a bowl. Set aside. Rub swordfish steaks with garlic. Place steaks on hot grill or oiled broiler pan. Sprinkle with half the remaining dill, half the oregano and salt to taste. Grill or broil 4-5 minutes. Turn and brush with lemon juice. Season with remaining dill and oregano. Add salt to taste. Grill or broil another 4-5 minutes or until fish is opaque throughout. Sprinkle swordfish with paprika. Cut fish into 1 inch pieces and stuff into opened pita bread loaves. Pour dilled yogurt over fish and serve.

Why is the fiber lower than what the nutritional information says?
Weight Watchers modified the point system plan, where you can only count 4 grams of fiber for any food item, and the rest is ignored. This modification was because people were abusing it and eating high fiber foods in order to make the points seem lower.
