Description:

A taste of this delicious salad will transport you to Tijuana, where the whores are cheap, the prescription drugs flow freely, and the donkeys are painted black and white and called "zebras" for photo opportunities. Please Note: It will NOT transport you to Puerta Vallerta, Mexico City, Aztec burying grounds.

Mix and Match from the Following Ingredients, depending on your tastes:
Baby Spinach, a good amount, maybe 3 cups
about 10 baked blue corn chips, broken up a little
1/2 square slice cheddar- (or replace with jack, gouda, whatever you want...)
1/2 cup black beans
1/2 cup roasted or canned corn
1/2 mango, chopped into chunks.
1/4 avocado, chopped into chunks or mashed guacamole style, drizzled with lime juice
1/4 red onion, finely chopped
A few cherry tomatoes, drawn and quartered
1/4 baked sweet potato if you're needing fiber and vitamin A or you love the taste as much as Sluttony.
A tablespoon or two of Newman's Own peach salsa, or whatever salsa you so choose...
Dollop of sour cream, if you're into that kind of thing... although Sluttony cannot advocate for this option, having never tried it.

Toss Your Salad. Enjoy!
