Healthy Chocolate Breakfast Shake - Low carb/High protein (from Carbohydrate Addict's cookbook)
1 c cold water in blender, then add:
1/3 c dry powdered skim milk
1 scoop 100% whey chocolate protein powder
Splenda or Stevia to taste +/- TBS local Honey
1/4 tsp xanthan gum for thicker texture
1 Tbsp cocoa powder
+/- dash of salt
1 Tbsp Lecithin
********************** begin blending, add 4-8 ice cubes one at a time, blend until smooth and frothy
