Great for Weight Watcher followers. Only 1 point for a whole serving. I like to make my own Egg McMuffin with it. I use 1/2 serving of canadian bacon (1 pt), egg whites (1 pt), Thomas' lite whole wheat english muffin (1 pt) & any 1 point lite cheese. Only 4 points! Try to eat it open-faced & use a fork & knife...You'll eat slower & will be more satisfied.
