Summer Challenge and Core Rules:
START WT: 220.5
START OF WEEK 3 WT: 218.5
START OF WEEK 4 WT: 218.5
CDR1: Do not bring anything unnatural/not healthy into the house.
CDR2: Complete logs and look up the calories of food.
CDR3: Eat at least 3 servings of fruit a day.
CER1: Push ups EVERY day
CER2: Make it to the gym at least once a week (for extra cardio)
CER3: Start C25K and do all three runs

37 year old teacher in Boston Massachusetts.

Diets I like: |
I'm eating gluten-free because of Celiac. I'm trying to cut out dairy, since it vastly affects my mood. My goal is a strict plant based whole food diet.

Workout of choice: |
Of Choice? Running. Of Reality? I'm re-learning to swim for cardio (I never feel like it's enough!) and some other things since my knees and foot are injury prone.

My plan: |
Exercise daily in some form or another! Healthy mostly vegan whole food eating, and focusing on myself!

I need the most help with: |
Getting past the half way point. I often get the point where people are complimenting me, and I look way better than I did - and I get complacent. It's hard to kick it back into gear!
