Goal
I need to lose 70 pounds, and maintain that weight loss. That would get me to 150 pounds -- so there, now you know, I weigh 220 pounds. When I got married 30 years ago, I weighed 135 or 140. I think 150 would be perfect for me.

Goal Weight: 150
Goal BMI: 24.9
Goal Waist Measurement: 35

Remember: How LITTLE can I eat to see me through the next two to three hours?



my notes
I feel better today after the debacle with yogurt yesterday. At breakfast there was some American cheese in my omelet, so I'm thinking that was a culprit as well. Hopefully I can get this out of my system and then try just yogurt again and see how I do.
