I need serious help- Please read!!!

I need some serious guidance.. I cannot stop eating!
I am 21, going back to school for my senior year in college, and weigh almoist 170 lbs. I never used to make it above 160 no matter what I ate, but I am starting to blow up! I do think I have a pretty face and I really dont want to be overweight. I have lost 15 -20 punds 2 or 3 times in the past before and looked good but I cannot seem to do it anymore. I can stay ona diet for 3 or 4 days then I cave in once and say screw the whole thing, Id rather be a little overweight and enjoy life.
But then today I went to Khols to try on some new clothes and everything barely fits and looks horrendous on me- I almost started crying.
I can tell my boyfriend would prefer it if I ws a little smaller although he would never say it and loves me no matter what- but I want to feel more atrractive to him and more self confident when I am with him and in genereal for myself.
I feel like I have tried everything and cannot stick to anything. I need something with s a strong start to get me moitvated.. anyone with any ideas, please help! I am soooooo frustrated.
