Getting back on the bandwagon

I was doing well using peertrainer for 2 weeks, and lost 4 pounds without too much effort (almost exclusively diet, very little extra exercise). But then I switched jobs, and my new good habits went to hell (especially because I no longer am lucky enough to be able to go home for lunch, and cook my standard egg white omelette). So I gained back those 4 pounds, and then ANOTHER 4 pounds, on top of that. Sheesh!
I'm hoping to hear some stories or advice about getting back on. I'm feeling pretty low -- it's not that I lack determination, I just no longer see this as a semi-fun challenge, but rather as something that is going to make my life kind of suck for a while. I need a little guidance from those of you who have started up again after giving up for a while -- and found success!
