I can't get back on track.

I have been on PT for 9 months now and I have lost 50lbs. The problem is I still have 30lbs to go and I haven't lost a pound in over two months. I actually gained a few pounds.
I don't know what to do to get back on track. Everyday I swear it is a new day and I want to start fresh but then as the day wears on I eat one thing wrong and then another and before I know it I've had more calories than I can count.
How do I get back on track and stop overeating? I really want to reach my goal and know I can't do it eating like this so why can't I stop?
