How do you comfort yourself, if not with food?

I have a problem in that I eat to comfort myself. Some other wonderful people on this site have the same problem. It would be so great if you could share your techniques for comforting yourself when you are upset.

Here are some techniques I use to comfort myself without food: I listen to books on mp3 (I use a creative zen V plus mp3 player), I do restorative yoga, I meditate (or try to anyway!), listen to music, sing and walk outside.

Thank you for sharing your tips for avoiding the refridgerator during times of stress...... very much!!
