A little help if you please...

Hey I was just wondering if anyone could take a few moments to look at my food logs. I just started my new "diet"...and I use that term very loosely since I am not starving myself..I love food too darn much! I need to know if I am on the right track with what I am eating and how much...I feel like I am "snacking" all day...but I don't eat unless I am hungry which brings up another thing...I seem to be hungry all the time. I make sure I have healthy things to eat like fruit, veggies (spinach), yogurt w/granola, pretzels, string cheese, and those 100 calorie snack packs (although I try to stay away from those). Everything I have bought to eat was the lowest calorie/fat I could find at the grocery store. I don't really "diet" per say when it comes to dinner however, portion control...I noticed I can eat nearly as much as I uded to even after only a few days of my new eating habits. I really want to lose like 30 pounds and I am a total beginner to this whole new "healthy lifestyle" thing. Everything I know so far I learned from good old Google..lol.. so I am open to any suggestion or ideas and constructive criticism too. Thank you to any of you who take the time to help me out!
