I am not going to apologize for not logging. Here's why.
I am getting tired of people asking me "where is your log?". I will tell you where it is.... on my person in a book, a hand written book I keep. I can't understand why people who should be focused on support and themselves losing weight, care if I had an apple or carrots as a snack. ( Yes, that is part of the support, but I am talking about people who actually get agitated by my ( someone they don't know)'s lack of a log.
AND THEN! They leave the group because they don't see my log. Everyone takes what they want out of this site. What I want is to meet people who I can chat with about my weight loss issues and who understand and have a commonality which is that of losing weight and being on PT. Yes the log function is very nice, and I hope it works well for people who can be on the computer as often as needed to create their log ( I did do it for awhile but I literally was on the computer too much for my own comfort)
And that is why I do not log on here.
