Are you considering a healthy weight?

Have you actually hit a great weight for your height and are starving yourself to hit and maintain an unrealistic number?
Cheering us on, we are all trying to lose weight, but I see people who are like
5' 3" who are trying to be 106 pounds. I see worse than that too. I look at average optimal weight charts and there is a healthy range. Do what you like, of course, but 106 pounds is about 5 pounds under optimal weight for this height.
