Will Power

I have absolutely no will power! Scenario: I am sitting at my desk studying when I get the urge to eat. I think; do I go with an apple or do I walk to the convenience store and buy an unreasonable amount of junk food? I obviously know the apple would be the healthier choice and I know that immediately following my binge I will regret it. However, it takes me about two seconds to decide to run down and grab the goodies! I don't understand how I can be so motivated to walk the distance to the convenience store but not have the willpower to say no to my unhealthy eating habits. I've been told to find distraction and do something that gives me the same satisfaction, etc. I just want to be able to say no and that be the end of it. Any suggestions?
