Workout-Dinner-Stomach growling by bedtime...?

I've recently decided that enough is enough I'm going to lose the weight I've been complaining about for the last year! I've been at it for about 3 weeks now, and I have been very good and focused. I have been working out 5-6 times a week and eating 3 medium size meals and 2 small snacks a day. I love all green vegetables... so I've add a lot of those to my diet. The problem: I don't get home from work until around 6:30ish, so I have a snack before I leave work (5:30), and then workout from 7-8, then a light dinner (ie. grilled chicken and a big salad) around 8:45-9, then I'm in bed by 11. Usually my stomach is growling by bedtime. Is this ok? Is it just my body getting used to the changes, or am I doing something wrong? Any advice is appreciated. Thanks!
