"Oh No" moments/ and "Oh Good" moments

1. Oh No: had to slit the arms of a favorite dress to fit my arms into the sleeves.
2. Oh No: having to go buy a pair of jeans a size I never imagined I'd ever be because I couldn't zip the zipper up on my other pants.
3. Oh No: a reunion with a friend from many years ago. I told him he looked younger than his age (and though people often comment that I look young for my age) he said yes, well I bike even when a little tired after work. (I have worked out all of my life..but because I was so overweight that was not apparent and I was looking my age I guess).
4. Oh No: Only fitting one of my belts and having to punch an extra hole in it to make it bigger (this is my biggest belt).
5. Oh No: a friend who always cursed me for being in shape commenting that I was getting a little big in the caboose.
6. Oh No: wedding photos from my sisters wedding. I have always been the petite one in the family and I looked like the heavy one.
7. Oh Good: I recently could again zip up a pair of pants I'd gotten too heavy for. That means I have another pair of pants in my wardrobe and more that will soon follow.
8. Oh Good: a guy friend commenting "you're not overweight".
