Suggestion for PT:

Perhaps it would be helpful if, instead of automatically separating the day into Breakfast, Lunch, Snack, Dinner, you could allow users to customize these fields. (Example: I've seen a lot of people on PT who like to separate their eating into 5 small meals a day.)

I initially had this idea because I wanted to start logging my sleep schedule (because I believe a lot of my dieting problems stem from a poor regimen) and I haven't been able to find any online resource where I could do so. I essentially have to create a sub-field in the "My Notes" category in order to do this. But it would be great if I could customize these fields and just let it have its own category. I imagine some people would like to have a Sleep section as well. Maybe some would like to separate the fields into food groups/types, I don't know..

If anything, I think the Breakfast/Lunch/Snack/Dinner format should be a default setting.. and we could allow people to customize these fields in their preferences if they feel so inclined.
