Really need advice and motivation..

Hi, i'm feeling really demotivated at the moment because i am not seeing any weightloss, i'm wondering if i'm not pushing hard enough even though i'm trying my best. I weigh 10stone, and am 5 ft, so i need to to lose at least 10 pounds to be at a healthy weight, in the long term i aim to be 9 stone. So for the past 38 days, i have been averaging 3 to 4 hours of excercise a week, alongside regular walks and practice on dumbells every other day. i keep to under 1500 cals a day, and dont binge on any junk. I've not lost a single pound, nor inches of my any part of my body. Am i not doing enough, or how long might i need to wait to see improvement?
