A GREAT WAY TO LOSE WIEGHT!!!!

HEY every body i wanted to inform u guy/ladies on how to lose weight you don't need to go on those hard diets this is what you need to do!
(Basically you eat what you want but cut down your portion)


1. This site is a BMR site and and it will tell you the amount of cals u need per day http://www.bmi-calculator.net/bmr-calculato (enter weight height gender and age)


2. get a notebook and record what you have for breakfast lunch and dinner next to what you have put the amount of calories.

EXAMP:E

BREAKFAST:

eggs - 60cals
butter (1 tbsp) -180 cals
Bread - 70cals

3. make sure you dont go over the amount of calories the BMR chart tells you! (try to eat 200 cals less then what ur BMR chart says)


4. after every 3 weeks weigh yourself although u may think its not work it is! in a month you will notice the difference


5. walk for at least 10-30mins a day

EXAMPLE:

Monday- 15 min walk
Tuesday- 30 min walk
Wednesday- 10 min walk
Thursday - 20 min walk
Friday- 15 min walk
Saturday- 30 Min walk
Sunday- 10 min walk

(just mix it up a little)


A COUPLE OF TIPS TO HELP YOU:
1. Drink cold water in the day (it will burn cals faster)
If your not a fan of water drink green tea (tea bags) and add a little Splinda.

2. studies show that eating spicy food increase fat burning (so add a litttle hot sauce here and there)


.3. And last have a positive mind when you have an positive mind you get excited about changing your life ad being healthy
