does this sound like a good road to weight loss?
Hi! Previously (in high school and the first year of college) I was a big athlete.. three sports, etc. I've always been concerned with trying to lose weight (just a bit, I'm not too bad in that area). Now I'm in my senior year of college and I'm trying to strike a balance between obsessiveness with losing weight, and basically healthiness that should guide me that way. Now that I've toned it down, my average week will be something like... Monday-swim for 45 minutes, play intrameural soccer (for 20 min) later that night), Tuesday - pick up basketball game for an hour, an hour and a half, Wednesday - run for a half hour, walk a little bit more, Thursday- swim 45 minutes play an hour of intrameural volleyball, Friday - off day, Saturday, walk for an hour and a half, sunday - either off or run for a half hour and walk a bit. Oh, and I incoorporate abs in there.
Combined with healthy eating is this enough to be losing weight? Thanks :)
