Guessing at calories??

I've noticed that a couple of people in my groups aren't stating the correct calories for their foods... one person in my group put a hard boiled egg at 50 calories, and half a cup of walnuts at 150. I've checked my nutrition books and websites that count calories because I thought it sounded wrong as I also eat those things a lot.. anyway, a boiled egg is 68 and the walnuts are more like 320!!!

What should I do? I don't want to sound picky and mean, but she is complaining about being at a plateau and not being able to shift the weight.. but she doesn't realise that she's eating about 300 or 400 calories extra everyday!

How can I say it nicely so that I don't sound like a bitch?
