eating to fuel your body and liking the food you eat!

clean eating is for everyone, the name may scare you away but really clean eating foods is a term given to eating foods that have a short shelf life, in other words shopping on the outside aisles of the store, eating fresh produce, lean proteins( yes meat is a part of this way of eating), although there are vegan plans. combining lean proteins with complex carbs, no calorie counting, portioning based on handsize and palm cuppings. if you would like to know more about clean eating pick up tosca renos clean eating books, very informational. although i reccommend buying the book "the eat clean diet" it isn't required to join. just a willingness to want to change your eating habits and support others in their quest for a healthy body! by the way i am not a success story yet. i am starting out on my quest for that healthy body and i have 40-50 pounds to go!!!
