why do i never loose weight????

I am 19 years old and have been trying to loose weight ever since i was 17. I'll admit to doing the crash diets and I was very close to an eating disorder so I can imagine how slow I have made my metabolism and I do take responsibility for that. My diet would mostly consist of special k cereal and saltines crackers because of how low they both are in cals. I was also interested in the "loose 7 lbs in 1 week" that Special K was advertising. But of course, it did not work. I also stopped eating any kind of fast food at all, if i went out to eat it was strictly salads that I would allow myself to eat. I know that not all salads are healthy, but I made sure to choose the ones that were. The ones that had grilled chicken instead of fried, less cheese, and healthiest dressing. Recently I have joined Weight Watchers after seeing my friend (who had total opposite eating habits than me) have such great success from it. I have been on it for a month now and have not lost any weight and I am completely puzzled by it. I forgot to mention that I play volleyball for the college I go to, so I am a very active person. I work out daily by doing interval training on a treadmill and then doing other strength training. I love working out, so it is not like I don't work out at all and still expect to lose weight. I always use up the points they give me (23 daily) and never go over. I have broadened my food choices greatly to give myself more options and get my metabolism back on track, I just don't know why loosing weight is not happening for me. I can't give up but I really don't know what else to do. Any suggestions, insight, or advice is greatly appreciated!
