21 Days for a New Habit

I've been on peer trainer for a while, and always enjoy browsing the lounge community threads. Some have mentioned the fact that it takes about 21 days to create a new habit. I've been thinking about this, and have come to the question, "How hard could it be?" I am challenging myself to eat only healthy foods (aka 0 crap, with the exception of low calorie pudding) for exactly three weeks. Like the brain that forms novel neural connections with a little effort, causing the same motion that was once hard to be easy, the body adapts. Each day I will make it a challenge, and by the end of the session I believe that it will be quite easy. Who's with me?

One question though - I love diet sodas. I know about basically all of the literature showing that they are not so problem free (causing cravings, being metabolized differently, etc). Do you think I should give this up during this time? They OFTEN save me from indulging....
