OT - roommate & cleaning svc

Here's the situation:
Me & my roommate (platonic girl/girl) have been living together for 2 years. We live in a very small apt in downtown Chicago. I am very clean/organized and she is not. There have been situations related to her messiness/dirtiness that have bothered me, but overall, I am pretty easy going and dont mind doing the cleaning (which I have been for the past 2 yrs). Recently, roommate has begun dating someone, so she is at apt w/ bf very often. So now there is basically 3 of us living there and showering/cooking/etc every day. Additionally, I recently started a new job and have not been around as much. As a result, I have not had the time to clean up as often and it has become more messy due to the extra person in small apt. So a couple months ago, roommate asked if I would be interested in getting someone to come clean our apt every other week (for abt $60 a pop)...I respectfully declined telling her that I really cant afford an additional expense right now, as I am still recovering from being laid off, and my new job does not pay very well (added to the fact that apt is small and not diffucult to clean and like I said, I am VERY clean and have been practically the only one cleaning the past couple years!). She said okay and that was that. Until a couple wks ago she emailed me (she is very non-confrontational) and told me that she had scheduled a cleaning lady to come the next morning and just wanted to let me know. She also mentioned that even though I said I was not interested, she wanted to know if I had changed my mind, and asked if I would like my room to be cleaned as well. I was pretty bothered by this email. I cannot afford a cleaning service and I dont think I should be bullied into splitting it with her, simply because she is messy and she took it upon herself to make an appointment. After some consideration, I decided to decline the offer (again) and tell her that I cannot take on another (ongoing) expense. But, I cannot tell her how to spend her money, so the cleaning service did come the next day and she paid for it...and then for the second time this morning. I feel uncomfortable having someone else clean our apt and not contribute, but I dont know what else to do. I feel that I have every right to choose how my money is spent, and this is not something that I think is necessary for me to stretch my income for.

Am I wrong?
