An eating plan for the easily distracted like me!

I'm inspired by Jackie's new "CHEAT" system, in beta, and thought it'd be fun to have a team with which to try it out! Jackie is asking for feedback -- the PDF as they've introduced it seems like a wonderfully elegant distillation of the most recent work of Joel Fuhrman. I've been attempting to eat this way more and more over recent months, and thought it'd be great to hold myself accountable with this beta plan.

If you've read the PDF of the new CHEAT system, are you inspired to try it?

I'm a bit daunted by the prospect, but also excited -- it could not have been made more simple, so we can't say we got lost in the details.

I'd love to hear people's thoughts.
