need some advice please

I am 5'8, 155, and I workout 5 days a week, I easily put on muscle, I do weights, and cardio, I know how to eat healthy, and train well. Although I feel in great shape, I want to lose like 5 or 10 lbs.

My question is, do I eat smaller healthier meals, drink more water, and train harder to lose this weight, cause when I try to do this I feel like my body is hungrier, and I when I deny myself the healiest of foods its not what I should be doing, but is this what I need to do? Cause it is so hard to get fitter and try to lose weight, cause I keep on getting stronger, and at times I feel like i am tiring myself out for these last few lbs.

I don't really want to eat chicken and eggs all day either. The last time I was where I wanted to be at physically, (145 lbs.) I was really restrictive with food, and ate less, but I also have a ton more muscle now.

ANY IDEAS CAUSE I WILL BE IN A WEDDING IN 7 WEEKS AND I WOULD LOVE TO LOSE THIS WEIGHT!
