New to peertrainer

This is my first day here. I just created a group for New York professional women in their 40s-50s. I'm not sure how things work yet. One question I have is what kind of group to join. My main problem is not having enough time and energy to exercise. I do pretty well on eating, though. Does it make sense for me to join a group where others having eating issues but have no problem exercising so that we can share information? Or am I better off sticking with others like me?
