Weight going up/down day to day... worried?

Since January 18th of 2006 I have lost right about 20 lbs (started at 208, down to roughly 188)... However, I've noticed in the past few days that my weight bounces up and down day to day. For example, Monday I weighed 186.5, Tuesday I weighed 188.5 and this morning when I woke up I weighed 187.5 but now stand right at 189. I'm really confused as to why this is going on...

I work out daily (weights and at least walk for 30 minutes at low HR for fat burn.) I eat very healthy and don't each much junk food. Is there something I'm missing out on here?
