Women weight training books?

Hi,
I'm thinking of buying a weight training book for women.
I've been lifting light weights and want something to better my arms, back and abs. I lift at home (along with a mix of aerobics), so I wouldn't want to end up getting a book that has all/most exercises that need me to get to gym...
i'm a little confused shopping for the books .. and have come across :-

The Body Sculpting Bible for Women: The Way to Physical Perfection by James Villepigue, Hugo Rivera

28-Day Body Shapeover: Lose Inches, Gain Definition, Look Great by Brad Schoenfeld

Sculpting Her Body Perfect - Brad Schoenfeld.

One of my friends has Sculpting her body... book and I liked it having various exercises with snaps and a program to start from the beginning level and moving ahead.

Any recommendations from trainers, or others that have tried any good books they liked for people gymming at home!
