Dr. Oz refresher tip

I just watched the Oprah again that had Dr. Oz. He said that if you have a waist of 40 inches for women, 45 inches for men, you are in as much of a physical disease state as someone with breast cancer.

What matters is the fat on the inside that coats your organs. To measure your waist size, you can suck in as much as you want, and you measure around the belly button.

The rule of thumb for the "ideal" waist size is 1/2 of your height in inches. So, if you're 5'5", this is 65 inches, so the ideal waist size is 32 1/2.

This was an eye opener for me, thought I would post and share for everyone.
