Why is there a Got Milk campaign but not a Got Broccoli or Got Spinach?

I posted this on another thread and thought it warranted its own discussion:

Think about the "Got Milk" campaign- I have nothing against dairy (though it does not like me at all), but how come there is not a "Got Broccoli" or a "Got Spinach" campaign? I wonder if the people who grow those vegetables (and there are some large growers out there btw) simply don't need to try and convince people that broccoli and spinach are bad for you. Does this make any sense?

Do certain industries market because they can, or because they need to? I guess it all comes down to return in some case. Can food companies not make money marketing healthy foods to kids?
