Exercising with a disability.. please help!

well guys I need some advice.. My mom has broke her back. she has rods in it . she also had a stroke.. the stroke left her right arm paralysed. she also has limited use of her right leg.. she limps. shes also had open heart surgery.. its hard seeing my mom not being able to function as she once did, but the docs said she would never walk in all probability.. well she being the head strong woman I know and love.. she proved them wrong. she walks with a walker and a limp but she walks..alolt would have gave up with all that she has been through,.. but she doesnt know the meaning of the word quit

well as to what I need help with. we have been watching the biggest loser together as a family. during commercials I exercise.. well she looked at me the other day.. almost with tears in her eyes and said I wish I could move like that. she said help me find some exercises I can do..

my mom is very short and a apple shape.. she does need to lose weight.. Im working on helping her with portions and healthier eating, but I am at a loss as to what kind of exercises she can do with one arm and not being able to really stand for long periods of time or be able to move very fast.

any help would be greatly appreciated.. shes amazing and I love her and want to help her. she has the determination.. she is where I get my character from.. I am so blessed after all she has been through she still keeps going and I am lucky to have her in my life.. please if you know anything I can help her do. I would be grateful.

thanks again *lynneta*
