What is wrong with me?
I have been doing ww since 2005. I have lost weight reached my goal only to gain everything back. I have gone back and forth with ww, never really committing to reaching my goal. I lost motivation and a part of me says, what the hell--who cares if you are fat (5'6, 170lbs).
So my question is how do you get back your motivation? I am frustrated and cant seem to see what is ahead of me. I am tired of counting points and just feel like I need a break from writing what I eat and always having my life revolve around ww. I am tired of eating ww cakes, I want a real piece of cake, but it has to many pts...see where I am going with this? I feel denied and cant seem to think that it is a lifestyle change, I still feel it is a diet. I am tired of trying to eat fruit to replace the sweet junk (like a piece of cake)that I really want. And to those that say take a small piece, it doesnt work for me. As long as I have some form of sweet in the house, I cant seem to just eat a small piece, it's all or nothing. I admit, I am a pig when it comes to sweets.
Can someone give me some advice as to how to change my mindset? Any advice is appreciated. I am just not into it anymore and dont want to spiral out of control and gain back everything I lost so far (was 185lbs). Help!
