Tough love for group member?

I'm in a group of 4 incredible women and we all get along great. However, I'm a little concerned for a teammate. We've been in the same group for about 4 months and we met in a team. Today I was looking back through our posts to see how far I've come in those 4 months. I noticed that since we joined the team, I've lost 20 lbs, but my teammate only 3 even though we started at the same weight.

As much as I love her, I don't know what to do. I feel bad saying something to her, but I really feel like she could do a lot better. I try to inspire her every day with words to pump her up and she is constantly recommitting to her plan. Should I bring up her shortcoming or just let her find her way?
