Completely Discouraged :-(

About 3 months ago, I went to the gym regularly to swim for about an hour. On days that I was on my period, I'd hit the treadmill for 45 minutes - 1 hr. I stopped going because the chlorine was irritating my skin and I didn't want to get rashes on my body. I stuck with the treadmill for a few weeks after that.

But lately I've been discouraged. I haven't been to the gym for almost a month. I've changed my diet (I don't drink coke anymore). I've cut pasta and white bread, along with any kind of juice. I've been drinking alot of water. My daily workout at home is 10 minutes of warming up, crunches, push ups, and 30 minutes of running.

I haven't been losing any weight, I feel like I've actually gained weight. Some friends and family have been saying I look thinner, but on the scale I've actually gained a few pounds.

I'm 5'7" and 190 lbs. This is unhealthy for me and my family has a history of health problems regarding weight.

I don't have an ideal weight. I just want to be healthy, clear out the bad things in my body, lose the bottom fat on my belly (and tone it up) and have lean legs. I don't know if that is an impossible task for me.

Please help, I've been really discouraged lately.
