I need some help

Hi, I need some advice. OK, some backround... I started losing weight in September 2007, and started at 285. By April of this year, I had lost 100 pounds- I was down to 185 in April. I started Medifast in late April and lost 30 more pounds by late June, then I got off of Medifast because I felt that my body wasn't responding well to it, and I felt it was doing more damage than good, so I've been eating a more whole foods diet for the past week and a half. I also got off of Medifast (eating 800-1100 calories a day) because I wanted to increase exercise. I've been doing Jillian Michaels videos, going to the gym to do weight/cardio, and I go to a personal trainer on Wednesdays. I exercise 5-6 times a week, about an hour each day. I am currently at 154 pounds and have stayed at this weight for the past two weeks, and I'm frustrated. I'm worried that my body is all messed up from being on Medifast for 2 months. I have been keeping my calories at a little over 1500 calories (I use the application Lose it! on my iphone to track calories, and I use the calorie king book). I am 5'4", 23 years old, eating about 1500 calories a day- is this too high? I would like to lose about 20 more pounds, and I seem to have reached a plateau. Does anyone have any advice? I'm really, really frustrated and would like to get the majority of this weight off by the end of August. Thanks so much for your time!
