need some advice please!

Ok I will make this as short as possible. I am 41 yrs old. I have always exercised and ate "pretty healthy". In the last few months (since Sept 08) I have gained 15 pounds despite not changing a thing. I have have my thyroid checked they say it is normal. hormones checked and I am told I have a slight imbalance with Estrogen. I am on bioidentical progesterone cream. I have been doing this since March. I have cut out all wheat products, I dont drink soda, I dont eat sugar or artificial sweetners, I drink mostly water (lots of it) sometimes unsweet tea. I eat organic fruit and homegrown veggies and hormone free meats, eggs and all dairy. I have started a womens boot camp in June and I am on month two. I go mon thru friday from 5:15 am to 6:15 am. This is a tough workout! After all this and really trying so hard to shed some weight I have not really lost one pound. The scale goes up and down a few pounds. I did lose 7" off my body and 1.5% body fat in the first three weeks of boot camp! What is going on??? Any ideas? Why is my weight not coming off?
