weight loss help

hey everyone was wondering if any of you had any ideas on what might help me on my weight loss. I watch what I eat and count calories thats worked for three weeks but last week i went and got weighed and gained .6 i am tired of counting calories i feel hungry all the time.

I read on here where alot of yaas have lost alot of weight I was just hoping for some suggestions on what I could do besides counting calories.
I have a friend who told me to count fat grams and dont eat anymore than 10 fat grams all day shes lost 75lbs but I'm scared 10 fat grams arent enough on a healthy diet. I am not looking for no quick way to lose I have lots to lose like 140lbs. right now i have 6.2lbs off i am taking it slow cause i dont wanna gain it back. I am walking for 30 minutes three times a week. I also go to tops which I love.

any help would be great thank you.
