How To Achieve Sustainable Weight Loss
We wrote this piece to introduce our Point Of No Return Program. The objective of which is to teach sustainable weight loss:
"It seems like we are a nation of professional dieters. Most people find that comment kind of funny- but it is true if you think about it.
We all know how to lose weight, yet we continually gain it back. We are experts at crash dieting to fit into a suit or dress for a wedding (pictures!!) Yet we cannot get to a place where we feel in permanent control.
Why is this the case?
PEERtrainer has built a program that is designed to both answer this question as well as solve this problem.
There are excellent ideas out there, in bits and pieces, all over the place. The problem is that there is so much conflicting information, as well as companies insisting that their way is the only approach.

# How many times have you found an idea or approach that seems to really "work for you" but were gradually talked out of it by friends, family or co-workers in some way?

We are seeing this resonate for people primarily because we approach the different challenges involved in losing weight as simply problems to solve. We see over and over that when people view problems from this perspective, they become less overwhelmed almost immediately.
