Comfort Food

So its winter.... and where I am from that means its COLD. to be more specific today it is -33 degrees celcius, yesterday with the wind chill it was -48 degrees celcius.

When its this cold, all I want to do is eat hot confort foods and sip on hot cocoa all day. My problem is that I leave for a beach vacation in 19 days where i will need to wear my bikini. I am hoping to drop a few more pounds before then but realistically I just REALLY dont want to gain anything over these next few weeks. So here is my question, Which of my fav foods can I still eat?

I love soup, but its high in sodium, sooo i try not to eat it too much...
Stew, Beef stew, MMMMMM Is this bad for me? I feel like it probably is.
Canned pork and molasses beans (white beans) I know this is not the best choice for beans but they are soooooo good!

Also If you have any other suggestions for hot comfort foods that I can actually east, (not chilli, i hate chilli) Then please let me know.
