Eating the same thing

Anyone else out there doing the "jenifer Aniston" (as related by Jackie) thing of eating the same thing for at least part of your meals?

I've pretty much been doing that for breakfast and lunch for some time, with some success. Takes all the thought and a lot of the fuss out of planning.

It has worked well, that is, until this morning, when I just didn't want to face another veggie filled omelet! Upset my whole day to begin thinking that I need to come up with another high protein, low cal breakfast with few carbs and a lot of veggies.

Idea's, anyone?
