Looking for gym buddy?

Overview:
Are you looking for someone to help you get in shape and fit for the New Year? Have you always wanted someone to show you some exercises and give you to motivation to reach your goals? Do you go to Work Out World in Fall River MA? Do you NOT want to pay the high prices for a personal trainer? Then contact me and make me your Gym Buddy!!!

I am Mike, a 22 year old college student which has been lifting and training for over 6+ years (religiously). I have helped a bunch of my friends by showing them a whole bunch of exercises and have given the motivation that WORKS. Whether it was for them to drop a few pounds for summer or to gain some solid muscle, I have created workout plans and have given diet suggestions that have shown results!

I can help you with:
• Losing 5-10 pounds quickly while creating lean, toned muscles.
• Gaining 5-10 pounds quickly with intense muscle confusion workouts.
• Maintaining your weight while creating a better cardiovascular system.
• Motivation or a spotter to reach your goals.
• Diet or supplementation help.
I cannot help you with:
• Losing 30 pounds in 30 days… its impossible to do it healthy
• Become the next Arnold Schwarzenegger (Back in his prime of course)
• Steroids or Pro-Hormones (I have never taken them thus have no clue about them)

You supply me with your fitness goals, and I will supply you with a workout to fit your needs and skill level! I currently train at the World Out World in Fall River MA but could travel to other World Out Worlds if need be or train with you at another gym or location if they allow free guests. I have created a personal training log in Excel which you can log your training each day and set goals for yourself! Very professional and useful to have especially for beginners. If you would like information on this, please state in your responds email.

Please respond with the following so I can start creating your personalized workout and training schedule!
• Name, Age, Preferred Contact Info
• Goal:
o Lose Weight, Gain Muscle, Live Healthier, Tone & Trim Up.
• Training Experience:
o Never, Minimal, Moderate, High
• How many days per week would you train?
o 1-7 Days
• How many long would you train for?
o 30 mins to 3 hours
• Would you be interested in a Diet/Supplementation advice?
o Yes, No, Maybe later, Not sure.
• Would you be interested in my Personal Training Log?
o Yes, No, Maybe later, Not sure.

Price:
Personal Trainers charge between $40-$100 per Hour Session!!! That is ridiculous. I am not a personal trainer, but charge a FRACTION of those prices while still having the same (sometimes more experience) as a ‘Personal Trainer’! You can pay for individual sessions or multiple sessions at a time. Contact me and we will negotiate a fair price!

Hope to hear from you soon!
Your Gym Buddy
Mike
