Harder to lose during peri-menopause?
The last several years I have gained weight (I know I am getting older, but). My cycle has caused a lot of problems, but my Dr. can't imagine that I am at the peri-menopause stage cause of my age. (36) I beg to differ. Anyway, to cut a long story short,
Is there anything different I need to do because of this stage in life than the normal "diet" routine? More protein, less carbs, more exercise than normal? I am at my wits end! Any suggestions would be great! All of my weight gain is around my middle (and back end!) My rings fit just fine, but my chest, stomach(more gut, or the lower stomach), and rear end have gotten huge! Chest size from an almost B to a D (almost DD) in 2 years!
