what was you wake up call or your day of I am not gonna weigh this much ever again

I am so at this point or so I think I mean I was there yesturday two weeks ago and even 2 months ago. I was getting into a rythm and feeling positive and then bam I am off track and stuffing myself with treats like they will be forbidden forever and the say ok tomorrow I am back on track. Just wondering have you ever had more then one "tomorrow is my day"
I am in such a funk tonight and maybe this is it I was doing dishes was going to go to the gym and the gym closed early due to a flood. No excuses so I did some weights but not the same....
I guess I am on here hoping that this is my moment and take it day by day. I have about 20lbs to lose and really want this, when I say this I mean get to my healthy weight and feel better about myself.
These thoughts just made me curious did anyone else go through this and if so di you succeed?
