I am new to peer trainer and excited to join!
I am a work at home mom hoping to get herself back together. Now that my boys are in school I don't have that excuse any more. Plus I just don't like what I have become. I feel like I know what I need to do, but it is much harder to put that knowledge into action.
I have bee going to the gym regularly for the past 3 months. I do a mix of running/walking on the treadmill, weights class, Pilates and stretching. I am now ready to work on changing my diet. But I need lots of will power for that. I like exercising, but I hate dieting. But I have to pull up my big girl panties and just do it!
I am currently at 145-148 lbs. I would love to drop 20 and hope that exercise plus diet will help me do that.
