Soup Question

Hello all I am new to peer trainer PONR - just started a couple of weeks ago and for the first time am really feeling focused.

A little history ... Am trying to lose the last 20lbs after my second baby, love eating and struggle controlling my portions sizes as well enjoy eating tonnes of chocolate .... all of which i am trying to change. I usually do a diet for two weeks see results and then pick up on my old habits and hey presto all the weight is back ...

I am really positive with peer trainer and this approach in slowly cultivating a new way of thinking and living.

Anyway the BIG question is on one of Jackie's calls, she recommends soups -- the only part i didn't get is this to completely supplement a meal ie lunch or dinner?? And does she have any recipes on this website?
